Shipping Destinations
- We currently offer free, fully tracked shipping to customers within the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Australia.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CET) begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the following business day.
- Please note that during high-volume periods (such as sales, holidays, or new releases), processing times may be extended slightly.
Delivery Time
- Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–13 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Total Delivery timeframe: 8–16 business days = 1–3 business days processing + 7–13 business days delivery.
- Shipping Costs: We are pleased to offer free tracked shipping on all orders.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (All-Inclusive)
We want to ensure a hassle-free delivery experience. All prices on our store include applicable VAT, GST, import duties, and taxes.
- No Hidden Fees: You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. Vieur (FIREBLADE LLC) covers all import costs associated with shipping your order from our facility to your address.
Shipping & Tracking
- Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Tracking: You can track your package using the link provided in the email.
- Address Accuracy: All orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays.
Delays
- While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, public holidays, or courier issues. If your order is delayed, please allow an additional 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting our support team.
Lost or Damaged Items
- Damaged/Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at help@vieur.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description. We will verify the issue and arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
- Lost in Transit: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe and tracking has stopped updating, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped by contacting us immediately at help@vieur.com.
- If your order has already been dispatched, you cannot cancel it, but you may return it upon arrival according to our Return & Refund Policy.
