Welcome to Vieur! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vieur (FIREBLADE LLC). We operate this website and store, including all related content, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from our website www.vieur.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Access and Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to make purchases.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders.

2. Products and Availability

  • We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

3. Price Modifications & The Omnibus Directive

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. However, the price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
  • Discounts: In compliance with the EU Omnibus Directive and UK consumer protection pricing regulations, any announcement of a price reduction (e.g., "Sale" or strike-through price) indicates the lowest price applied by us during a period of not less than 30 days prior to the application of the price reduction.

4. Orders and Acceptance

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g., due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud). If so, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
  • All purchases are for personal use only, not resale.

5. Prices, Payment and Billing (All-Inclusive)

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), or Australian Dollars (AUD), depending on your selected shipping destination and local market settings.
  • Taxes & Duties: Prices are inclusive of all applicable Import fees, VAT, GST and Duties.
  • No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. You will not be charged any additional import fees or taxes upon delivery.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via Amazon Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Visa.
  • Billing Timing: Payment is securely processed immediately upon completion of the order. We do not store your financial data.
  • By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship to customers within the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery time: 7–13 business days after dispatch.
  • Total timeframe: 8–16 business days.
  • Lost Packages: If your order is confirmed lost by the courier, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Statutory Right: Consumers in the European Union (Netherlands) and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
  • Voluntary Extension: We voluntarily extend this period to 30 days from delivery.
  • Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (for change of mind), unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • For Australian customers: Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, text, images, graphics, and content on our website are owned by Vieur, Shopify, or licensed third parties. You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Our Services may include links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services. Use of third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for any non-excludable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act, or applicable EU laws, Vieur shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States.
  • Consumer Protection: However, if you are a consumer resident in the EU (Netherlands), the United Kingdom, or Australia, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement by virtue of the law of your country of habitual residence.
  • Dispute Resolution: We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
